I know everybody from India and in India gets refreshed by this WORD... yes it is our SOUL from a child till a old person it is being relished,enjoyed and fought for...I was watching the IPL today where Chennai Super Kings played against the Hyd team and importantly WE(Chennai, I am basically from Chennai)WON and I also won the bet against my brother for a good amount of money...how much tension and thrill I had when I won the bet... it brought back memories of my childhood days where we would just do anything to make India win....Remember the World cup series which was going on during my 10th exams, I use to finish my studies fast so that I would be allowed to watch the match in which India played... everyone would watch it with the same stress and tension as the players...good fun... when TENDULKAR use to score 4 or 6 we all use to dance for every 4 or 6 :-))) When India was on the loosing edge, I use to switch off the TV for sometime coz my BRO N I were so superstitious and we believed that just coz we were watching they weren't performing as expected LOL.... and we use to go to temples and break coconuts... it may sound foolish to people when they hear about it but there was always HAPPINESS and a feeling of ONENESS in that.... we use to be so proud when India wins especially against our neighboring country... how innocent that fun was... bursting fire crackers on a day night match even if the matches finish late in the night which is SIGN to others that India won.... I especially support this IPL matches coz I feel it gives the youngsters the opportunity to prove themselves and provides a common platform in selecting ppl for the main TEAM... As it brought me back my OLD N SWEET MEMORIES thought should pen it down as always I am PROUD to be a CHENNAITE and INDIAN and support my team all the way through the end...
